From Elise's first vintage, undergoing Biodymanic conversion. Natural yeasts for the first fermentation and malo, 7 months in a 20hl foudre and fûts of 228l, no sulphur in vinification and unfiltered. All Grand Cru Chardonnay from Mesnil. The ML release was the pick of the best grapes, given longer before bottling and longer on lees - 42 months on cork.

Hand painted labels by Camille Sardet and a unique 'tie die' blind tasting sock instead of a cardboard gift box that ends up thrown away.

Based on 2018, 500 bottles for the world, zero dosage on disgorgement in December 2022.
