Meardey and Thomas had worked for several Alsace estates (Ostertag and Kreydenweiss principally) before going 100% into Soil Therapy in 2020. Working with grapes from several different producers, but in control of harvest and then working in their cellars in Soultzmatt. Great things to come...
 
From the Sohlenberg, this has a little richness despite its low (relatively) alcohol, a little maceration for complexity, biodynamic, vinified in steel and wood.
